So I noticed OBS didn't bother to record the parts showing me how I color balance, or what my brightness/contrast settings were everytime I did it.

Usually If i want to make things brighter, I'll raise the brightness and lower the contrast by just a few points, and when I want to make it darker, I lower the brightness and raise the contrast a bit as well. For color balance I set midtones and Shadows to a slight Cyan and Slight Blue setting, and for Highlights, those are set to a slight red and a slight yellow settings (Which I
